About the Program

The Andrii Poluiektov Scholarship Program was established by Danone in 2024 for students studying at regional higher education institutions.

During the 2024/2025 academic year, the program included two universities: Odesa National University of Technology and Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi Kremenchuk National University.

In the 2025/2026 academic year, Higher Vocational School No. 7 in Kremenchuk joined the program.

The scholarship was open to full-time undergraduate students in their first through fifth years of study who aspire to build their future careers in food technologies and innovation.

The scholarship program was established in honor of Andrii Poluiektov, former Marketing Director of Danone Ukraine, who himself progressed from being a student at a regional university to becoming a highly accomplished professional at an international company.

Andrii was a leader who believed in hands-on experience, bold decision-making, and people. He had a unique ability to inspire others, build strong teams, and support young professionals. His professional journey is an example of how talent, perseverance, and passion for one’s work can transform an industry. That is why the program bears his name—to continue the work he valued most: fostering the development of young talent and encouraging bold ideas.
